Wisdom Works is thrilled to partner with the College of Charleston in support your leadership growth and development.
Leadership Assessments
To support building your leadership awareness and capacity, you will participate in two assessments:
- Leadership Circle Profile (LCP)—a 360-degree assessment tool designed to measure your current leadership skills and gain insights from others for developing your leadership potential.
- Be Well Lead Well Pulse®—a self-assessment measuring key bio-psycho-social-spiritual factors that facilitate your thriving, stress resilience, and growth.
Assessment Resources
Steps to complete your Leadership Circle Profile assessment:
- Determine your raters. Identify 10-15 people to provide you with trustworthy feedback. These “raters” can be your boss, bosses’ boss, 3-4 peers or colleagues, 3-4 direct reports, and 3-4 customers, friends, or others you trust. You can use this email template to reach out to potential raters.
- Send your list of raters by August 21 to Kate at Wisdom Works (kate@wisdom-works.com). Use this spreadsheet to provide the necessary information.
- Complete the LCP assessment by September 11. Both you and your raters will receive a personalized link to complete the assessment.

Executive Coaching
Executive coaching is a one-to-one development activity for leaders seeking to enhance their effectiveness and wellbeing. Rather than offering prescriptive advice or technical training, our coaches serve as thought partners who support leaders in developing strategic thinking, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence. This collaborative journey facilitates personal growth and accountability within the leadership context, ultimately benefiting the entire organization through improved productivity, collaboration, and employee engagement.
You have three hours of executive coaching for your personal growth and development. You’ll be introduced to your executive coach following the September session.
