Nina Peterson - Partner
![]() Nina Peterson is COO at Wisdom Works. She helps clients envision the benefits of healthy, sustainable approaches to business and leadership, and then supports them in the creation and implementation of practical solutions for lasting changes that bring wellthy success. Her background in R&D and manufacturing businesses, work in mergers and acquisitions, and knowledge of innovative work structures has given Nina a unique mix of skills. Prior to joining Wisdom Works, she was President of TeamWorks Training Corporation, which specialized in team building, change management, leadership development and customer service. Nina spent fifteen years working at the executive level in HR Management, Organizational Development and Business Planning for a number of corporations. During this time, she led programs and initiatives critical to every phase of a company’s evolution including: staffing for start-up and rapid growth, organizational and cultural integration, business and budget planning, design and implementation of self-directed work teams, work redesign, management coaching, and change management. She holds a degree in Health Education from the State University of New York at Cortland . " Good leadership flows from the top down. Nina Peterson
Jane has an extensive background in coaching, consulting and facilitation. She is a Master Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. She received her initial exposure to coaching with Tim Gallwey and honed her skills in part through work with Jeff Staggs and Laura Whitworth. She is certified in using the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument©, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator© & The Leadership Circle©. She received a BA from Goddard College, Plainfield, Vermont in the area of Leadership Development. Jane adds significant
contributions to leadership development through her established courses: Coaching and
Feedback and Leadership Discovery. She is an expert in designing and delivering high impact
leadership development programs.

Leigh brings extensive expertise in global program and project management, strategic planning, business development and training program management. She has gained this expertise over 26 years in the Information Technology Industry serving Electronic Data Systems, EDS, where she led high-impact, high-performance teams that developed and implemented large-scale, complex, business systems.Her experience in systems development includes the financial, insurance, health care, manufacturing, law enforcement, human services, and telecommunications industries, as well as mission critical systems for the US and UK governments. As a senior leader she was recognized for producing creative and innovative solutions to challenging problems.Leigh is experienced in the design and development of processes and methodologies with the ability to customize and implement new approaches according to the unique needs of an organization.She also has a strong background in organizational change management, teaching, mentoring, and coaching. She is a recipient of the EDS Leader’s Inner Circle Award for leadership innovation and effectiveness. Prior to joining EDS Leigh was an educator in the Hazelwood, Missouri School District as a mathematics teacher and counselor. Leigh earned a Masters Degree in Counseling from the University of Missouri at St. Louis.She also holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Missouri at St. Louis.She completed post-graduate coursework in Education Administration and Quantitative Research Methods at St. Louis University. For the future of business, communities and individuals, there is no other way than to always be a learner. " Leigh Solo Mira serves as the Office Manager for Wisdom Works. She is our cornerstone of operations. Mira brings distinct experience in management, a deep understanding of servant leadership and a warm and very energetic presence to our Boulder office. Prior to joining Wisdom Works, Mira worked at Naropa University for 7 years where she helped to advance the principles of contemplative education. She served in both the admissions office and human resources as Office Administrator. Mira’s business background also includes several years at CareerTrack, a professional and personal seminar development company. Her main role was that of Customer Service Manager. In this role she also created and presented seminars across the country assisting data entry professionals in self-motivation skills. Mira has a thorough understanding of business garnered via the many different roles she has served throughout her professional career. She brings her forward thinking questions and astute project management to serve in client projects as well as the daily operations of our growing company. Mira loves music of all kinds and often kicks off her day with an eclectic mix of inspiring tunes. She is dedicated to self knowledge and insight, bringing this grounding to her work and her worldview. Mira holds her undergraduate degree in Business Administration and English from the University of Wyoming. Melissa recently moved to Colorado Springs with her husband from Southern California. In her positions there, she worked diligently advancing diversity awareness and captaining in-house employee education opportunities to enhance team effectiveness and cross cultural understanding. Melissa brings an excitement for learning and a great sense of adventure to our team. Melissa received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of La Verne in Organizational Management.
