Events Featuring Wisdom Works

September 2008:

Nina Peterson, Wisdom Works Partner & COO, will speak at LEEDS school of business in Boulder, Colorado on September 23rd. She will be addressing students as a part of their course on Global Small Business. Nina will introduce the class to the principles of spiral dynamics and discuss the impact of culture on business operations. The students are working on service learning projects in conjunction with the PeaceCorps and Friendship Bridge, a microcredit organization working with Mayan women in Guatemala.

November 2008:

NIna Peterson, Wisdom Works Partner & COO and Jane Cocking, Wisdom Works Principal, will facilitate WisdomScape®: Leading Self, a two day licensing program in Rome Italy November 5 and 6. The WisdomScape® suite of tools presents progressive leadership traits in eight vital categories. Nina and Jane will be working with participants to provide tools to support leaders who aspire for 21st Century Leadership.

November 2008: 2008 International Coaching Federation Annual ConferenceInternatioanl Coaching Federation

Wisdom Works will be a featured speaker at the upcoming 2008 ICF Annual Conference in Montreal, Quebec, November 12-15. This year’s conference theme is Knowledge, Diversity & Community. Wisdom Works’ CEO Renee Moorefield & Senior VP of Global Research & Development at The Coca-Cola Company, Bilal Kaafarani, will co-present a session titled, The Healthy Executive, The Healthy Team. This interactive session will share the experience of a year-long project to build a healthy, high-performing executive team to lead the Global Research & Development function for The Coca-Cola Company worldwide. January 2009:

Renee Moorefield will be speaking at the Downtown Business Person's Luncheon in Colorado Springs on January 15 at 11:45am, MacKenzie's Chophouse, 128 S Tejon Street . The topic of this session will be "The Inspired Professional: Keys to a High Energy Life and Meaningful Work."

On February 12 from 1:00-3:00 pm, Mountain Standard Time, Renee Moorefield will be leading a Coaching Research Forum, a special interest group (SIG) backed by the International Coaching Federation. (The forum is a monthly tele-discussion for coaches and academics interested in sharing coaching research and growing the coaching research community.) Renee will facilitate a dialogue about the topic of healthy, sustainable leadership, and in particular, she will share the research insights gained from a joint project on “leadership vitality and team effectiveness” sponsored by Wisdom Works and The Coca-Cola Company.
