What is eScape™? What does it do?

eScape™ is an online employee survey highlighting the eighteen “e-factors” which promote Enthusiasm, Engagement, Energy and Effectiveness in life and work. Your eScape™Experience
For the price of $7,500, you receive the following:

  • Customization of eScape to fit your specific population, such as a team, department, professional network, targeted employee group, business partnership or whole organization.
  • Communication tools, such as customizable emails, which engage employees in completing eScape and boost the survey response rate.
  • Use of the eScape tool online. Participants assess individual work-life behaviors, the importance of each eScape category to their quality of life, and the extent to which each category contributes to effectiveness at work.
  • A high-level view of the survey findings, which can be shared with the survey participants as well as distributed broadly within your organization to increase organizational insights about employee vitality as an avenue to peak performance.
  • A comprehensive report, based on five comparative sets of the employee data, along with key Recommendations for Actions to benefit the development and performance of your organization. The report can be used by appropriate people in your organization, such as human resources professionals, business planners, cultural change catalysts, and managers who are actively shaping a healthy company culture.
