Here at Wisdom Works, we've been addressing leadership vitality for 10 years; but like Billy Joel crooned, "We didn't start the fire." Ours is one piece of a larger transformation. Think: Earth Day and the environmental movement of the '70s, corporate social responsibility in the '80s, economic justice efforts of the '90s, and natural living trends and concern about climate change in our current decade. We channel that spirit into our own work, applying similarly transformative principles to modern leadership.
An exciting part of our role is to remain abreast of new research, developments, and fresh insights from the many diverse voices in our field. We recognize that we are both a pioneer and a community member in the field of leadership development and we bring this dual approach to each of our clients.
