Sheldon Romer (Performance Coach)

Sheldon has been involved with senior management, consulting, and practical business application for more than 25 years. He is best known as the successful co-founder and CEO of Rudi's Organic Bakery, the largest organic bakery in the U.S. He regularly speaks and conducts work on our core values of awareness, engagement, and effective action. As an executive coach/consultant with compassion for business culture, Sheldon supports clients in safely transforming challenges into opportunities. He shares his talents with numerous non-profits, serving as president or board member of several organizations, and even moonlights as a documentary film co-producer. He earned master's degrees in counseling and clinical social work from NYU and Hunter College.

More About Sheldon

My proudest achievement is... raising my two wonderful daughters, being married for thirty quite happy years, producing my documentary, continuing to grow.

I love to work with clients who... are committed to the work.

My least favorite aspect of work is... clients who don't care and broken appointments.

The #1 thing I do for my own health is... meditate, hike... love good food.
