Nina Peterson (COO & Partner)


Nina brings to Wisdom Works an eclectic background. From start-up R&D and manufacturing businesses to mergers and acquisitions and self-managed workteams, Nina has first-hand knowledge of a wide variety of effective leadership. Nina spent fifteen years as an executive inside organizations and eight years with a team building and change management firm before joining Wisdom Works. She has found success and satisfaction in all aspects of business. Her work at Wisdom Works brings her degree in health education from the State University of New York into the world through leadership.

  • My proudest achievement is... making a contribution to the world through two avenues - raising my children (they are fantastic adults!) and building a career that I truly love.

  • I love to work with clients who... want to live BIG! and are ready to do what it takes to grow out of their comfort zone.

  • My least favorite aspect of work is... dealing with technology glitches.

  • The #1 thing I do for my own health is... walk outside every day.

  • My favorite places in the world are... the beach where Sanibel and Captiva Islands meet in Florida and the top of any 14,000 peak in Colorado.
