Melissa Williams (Executive Assistant)

Melissa provides a wealth of experience in event and project management, non-profit development, product analysis, and finance administration. She supports the Wisdom Works operations team out of our Colorado Springs office. In her prior work, Melissa advanced diversity awareness and captained employee education for enhanced team effectiveness and cross cultural understanding. Melissa graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in organizational management from the University of La Verne and also holds a certificate in human resources management from Cal State Fullerton.

More About Melissa

My proudest achievement is... working full-time and going to school at night and then graduating with all A's in my upper division work (cum laude and Dean's List).

I love to work with clients who are... interested in developing a relationship, not just purely functional and work-driven but one that turns into mutual respect, dependability and care.

My least favorite aspect of work is... "in-the-box" thinking. In some organizations there is too much "group think." I thrive on thinking out of the box, constantly evaluating existing processes and not being constrained by idea-limiting boundaries. Work smarter, not harder!

The #1 thing I do for my own health is... travel. I enjoy experiencing the diversity in landscape, food, and culture that our country has to offer and sharing those experiences with friends and loved ones.

My favorite places in the world are... when I'm not visiting somewhere new, it is home.
