Jean Tully - Wisdom Works - Performance Coach

Jean Tully (Performance Coach)

For 30 years an engineer and change management consultant at HP, now Jean is a consultant, teacher, and facilitator. She brings clients the same unmistakable passion and drive with which she raced through her career (and into a top-4 worldwide ranking in the sport of sailing)... As she explains, intuition is as critical as technical know-how in life's most important endeavors: in both business and pleasure. Since leaving HP, she has worked with Fortune 50 companies on strategies ranging from an urban school district's fundamental system changes to improve scholastic performance to multinational government collaborations to avert terrorism recruiting. Jean earned her bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Colorado State University and has completed graduate courses in organizational systems.

More About Jean
  • My proudest achievement is... Professionally: my insatiable thirst for continuous learning in everything I do and with each client engagement I'm involved with. Personally: the role that I've played, and continue to play in my Little Sister's life (as a mentor in the Big Brother/Big Sister Program).

  • I love to work with clients who are... open to being challenged in their current way of thinking and perceiving their situation, are willing to consider radical and innovative ways of moving forward.

  • My least favorite aspect of work is... when the work becomes repetitious or redundant, and I'm no longer challenged in at least 2 dimensions (intellectually, emotionally, physically, spiritually).

  • The #1 thing I do for my own health is... continuous learning from my own life experiences, with a continuous, ongoing focus on compassion and forgiveness for myself and my own shortcomings.

  • My favorite places in the world are... with friends and family, relaxing, spending time in the kitchen creating together something to consume together.
