A believer in the individual and collective power of business leaders as agents of positive global change, Jane expresses this passion through her work. She is an ICF Master Certified Coach, with additional certifications for key assessment tools, including the HBDI®, the MBTI®, and The Leadership Circle™. Over the past 20 years, Jane has worked with companies in over 50 countries including: The Coca-Cola Company, AT&T, Sanofi-Aventis, Merck, Netia S.A., EDS, Texas Instruments, Nortel, Bell Helicopter, and Johnson & Johnson. She earned her bachelor's in leadership development from Vermont's Goddard College.

  • My proudest achievement is... being a grandmother! Oh, if you mean at work, then it would be designing and leading a strategic planning session for an organization with 80 leaders on the south coast of Turkey, complete with simultaneous translation, and a wonderful team of 5 facilitators and an ideal client. The results were fantastic and everyone's hard work paid off.

  • I love to work with clients who... are hungry to learn and do the work they say that want to do! And clients who have a sense of humor, too.

  • My least favorite aspect of work is... the administrative parts that are necessary and not very inspiring to do.

  • The #1 thing I do for my own health is... get up early and exercise at my local YMCA, or hotel gym; eat relatively healthy most of the time.

  • My favorite place in the world is... the English countryside where I can be out in nature with not a care in the world; of course I like the English pub lunch that follows the hike in the countryside, too.
