Nikki Carpenter is a professional certified coach, facilitator and teacher whose passion is supporting leaders to embrace and maximize their strengths and visions, so that they can then develop those they lead to do the same. She believes that leadership is a powerful opportunity to embrace challenge and change as paths to personal and organizational wholeness and inspired service. Nikki helps pave the way for leaders to speak more confidently, give more effective feedback, create strong, dynamic teams and realize their vision for leadership, team and organizational service and success.
Nikki has been active in the development of all levels of healthcare leaders since 1992. She has taught a variety of leadership development topics, facilitated 360° feedback processes and coached leaders to greater success in both the not-for-profit and for-profit sectors. Before that, as a clinical nutritionist and leader, she survived and thrived in a system that grew from one hospital to six and that later became a part of a national healthcare system. She knows first hand that organizational change can be an opportunity that inspires career reinvention, since that is what led her to coaching and leadership development.
Nikki earned a bachelors degree in Nutrition from the University of Northern Colorado and a Master’s Degree in Applied Communication from the University of Denver. The focus of her graduate studies was on leadership and communication competence and team effectiveness. She has completed two coach-training programs, and is a coach in both Naropa University’s Marpa Center for Business and Economics’ Authentic Leadership and Advanced Coaching skills programs. She is a Professional Certified Coach.

Micki McMillan believes that a holistic approach to business practices, integrating
progressive thinking with operational basics, yields superior results. She emphasizes the creation of an environment that is conducive to learning as well as developing competence in transformational leadership and systems thinking. Her successful track record in teaching and coaching individuals, teams and organizations includes work with Merck and Company, The Coca Cola Company, Sprint, Royal Dutch Shell, Trinity Health, and StorageTek.
With many years of experience as a corporate leader, executive coach, workshop facilitator and consultant, Micki provides coaching and training on personal mastery and organizational learning to clients in the United States, Asia, Australia and Europe. She honed her leadership skills as the Regional Director for Boulder and Jefferson Counties at Public Service Company of Colorado where she was the highest-ranking woman in operations.
In demand as a speaker, she has addressed the AQP National Conference, the Business Roundtable, Women in Technology, Business and Professional Women, Women’s Vision Foundation, and the Denver Coach Federation on a wide variety of topics.
Micki earned both her Master’s and Bachelor’s Degrees from Colorado State University and attended Executive Development Courses at the University of Idaho and the University of Colorado . Micki is on the faculty of Naropa University , teaching Authentic Leadership and Advanced Coaching skills. She is a Master Certified Coach.

David has 14 years of management development and leadership training experience. He
has a particular expertise in organizational learning, team building, change management, experiential learning, coaching, curriculum development, and program implementation. David is noted for his “fresh” experiential approach to learning and creating a safe learning environment for his clients. He is also a published author.
David lived and worked in Western Europe for several years where his efforts significantly enhanced leadership qualities and learning skills among multi-cultural management teams. He has successfully offered programs for clients that include; Electronic Data Systems (EDS), General Motors, IBM, Southwestern Bell, RHD Hospital, HCA Hospital, Johnson & Johnson, and the Institute for Aerobics Research. In addition, David has completed work with The Coca-Cola Company, Bell South, Human Energy Systems, and Turner Original Productions (part of Turner Broadcasting System).
David has extensive training in coaching, team development, human development and building effective habits. He has been consistently pursuing continuing education and training in the field of leadership and effectiveness since 1991. These trainings have taken him across the world in pursuit of greater knowledge and skill. David received his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Western Kentucky University; a Masters in Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a PhD in Corporate Health Promotion and Health Education from the University of North Texas.

Sheldon Romer has been involved with senior management, consulting and practical application for more than 25 years. He is a practitioner and speaker on the core values of Awareness, Engagement and Effective Action. He blends old school fundamentals with a keen discernment of client needs offering authentic, practical, whole person and whole systems solutions. He is a passionate advocate on the importance of social responsibility in the making of effective leaders.
Sheldon’s client engagements have included organizational change, strategic planning, business coaching, business plan writing and leadership development. In addition to helping business organizations with his managerial and leadership abilities, Sheldon has also used his talents to help numerous non-profit organizations in both an advisory, and executive positions. He is currently the President of a non-profit organization in addition to being a member of other non-profit boards.
Additionally, Sheldon co-produced a documentary film: “Then and Now: Children of Holocaust Survivors Speak’. This is a powerful and intimate film about the generational transmission of trauma.
Sheldon earned his Bachelors Degree from Brooklyn College and graduated with Masters degrees from NYU and Hunter College in Counseling and Clinical Social Work His passion has been in utilizing the combination of his business acumen and experience with his training in group and individual dynamics to catalyze growth in individuals and organizations that is effective, efficient and healthy.

Sue Taigman is a coach, facilitator, and mediator for individuals and organizations who
aspire to be best in class. In 20 years of professional practice she achieved superior results through interest-based solutions, strategic business arrangements, facilitative project management, and relationship-based business development. Sue believes that leadership is service and by creating an atmosphere built on trust, integrity and high standards, outstanding results can be obtained.
Sue’s coaching and facilitation focuses on leadership, career, and conscious business practices. She believes in helping people engage constructively in conflict and provides communication coaching and mediation services focused on workplace, community and contract issues. Additionally, she develops and manages mediation programs for the courts, providing less adversarial methods of resolving disputes.
Sue has many years of operational management experience covering contract negotiations, project management, and business development, doing business with people all over the world including the United States, Europe, Asia, Japan, Israel, Mexico and South America. She earned an undergraduate in Business Management from Colorado State University, has graduate certificates in Government Contracts and Alternative Dispute Resolution, and has completed coursework for a master’s degree in Applied Communications from the University of Denver. She obtained her coaching training from the Coaches Training Institute, Career Coaches Institute, and Naropa University’s Advanced Coaching for Authentic Leadership, and is credentialed as an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. She is certified in the BarOn EQi and EQ-360 Emotional Intelligence Assessments.
